English Resources: Book Collection

Oliver is the name of our online library catalog. It can be accessed from school, from home, from anywhere that is connected to the Internet!

With Oliver, You can:

• Search the library collection, including printed books, ebooks, and audiobooks
• Find the list of award-winning books and the books librarians recommended
• Write a book review and rate a book
• Access library subscription databases
• Check what you have in your account, reserve, renew books, and read the personal messages the Library send to you

Our digital library can be accessed via SORA reading app! There are ebooks and audiobooks in English, French, German, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese! 

How to access?

> Use a desktop or laptop: Go to https://soraapp.com/library/testw (bookmark this link!), choose Taipei European School, and log in with your school Google account.

> Use your phone or a tablet: Download the SORA app from App Store or Google Play. Choose Taipei European School, and log in with your school Google account.

The link to each SORA ebook or audiobook can be found in Oliver. If you see a book with the sora logo in our catalog, that means we have it in the SORA collection.

Add a library

If you have the library card of the Taipei Public Library, you may add TPL's collection on SORA and enjoy their ebooks and audiobooks using the same app! See the librarian if you need help adding TPL to your SORA.
